🔹 Supervisor
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service standards are met
- Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Support training and development of staff
🔹 Head Waiter
- Lead the floor team during service
- Coordinate table assignments and guest flow
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service staff
- Mentor junior waitstaff
🔹 Waitress / Waiter
- Greet guests and present menus
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and table setup
- Provide attentive and personalized service
🔹 Runner
- Assist waitstaff by delivering food from kitchen to tables
- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas
- Support team during peak hours
