  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food service is timely and accurate.
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Waiter or Assistant Head Waiter in a high-end venue.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

2. Head Bartender

Job Description:
