At Kashkan Restaurants, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Waiting Staff to join our team at Dubai Festival City Mall. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every detail reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to brand standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support floor operations during peak hours and special events.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and basic service etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
