Role Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of Tattu Dubai, ensuring seamless service, personalized guest interactions, and a refined dining atmosphere. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in high-end, fast-paced environments and have a passion for creating memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional table service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience.
  • Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and detailed knowledge of dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
  • Support the Head Waiter and Restaurant Manager in training and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury dining or fine dining.
  • Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence.
