💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests.
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages.
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service flow.
  • Upsell menu items and make informed recommendations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high‑volume environment.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for guest service.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
