We are hiring Supervisors to join EATX in Dubai. Supervisors will lead front‑of‑house teams across our restaurants and cafés, ensure outstanding guest experiences, maintain operational standards, and support training, rostering and performance management in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead service teams during shifts, ensuring smooth handovers and consistent standards.
  • Coach and train staff on service techniques, menu knowledge, POS use, and health & safety procedures.
  • Manage shift operations including seating flow, reservations, special requests, and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor quality and consistency of food and beverage service; enforce presentation and timing standards.
  • Create and manage rosters to meet business needs while controlling labor costs and ensuring adequate cover.
  • Support events and private functions with planning, staffing and on‑site coordination.
  • Handle cash and transactions accurately; complete end‑of‑shift reconciliations and reports.
  • Drive sales and upselling by coaching teams and promoting daily specials or promotions.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, licensing and company policies; report incidents and maintenance needs.
  • Provide performance feedback and assist management with recruitment, appraisals and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior server role within restaurants, cafés, or hotels; experience with multi‑outlet operations is an advantage.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and deliver consistent service under pressure.
  • Customer service: Strong guest‑service mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Operational skills: Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, basic reporting, and rostering tools.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP) and UAE hospitality regulations preferred.
  • Language: Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
  • Physical and availability: Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; able to stand for long periods.
  • Legal: Right to work in the UAE.
  • Personal qualities: Reliable, organized, decisive, and able to maintain composure during busy service.
  • Preferred: Formal hospitality qualification or management training.
