Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily café operations and ensure service excellence.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Coordinate with management to implement brand standards and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and café operations.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
