Supervisor – Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh (Saudi Arabia)

Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting staff performance, and upholding the warm, home‑inspired dining experience that Villa Mamas is known for. We are looking for a leader who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and professionalism. If you have a strong background in restaurant operations and a genuine passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth workflow
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory checks, and operational reporting
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient dining environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
  • Professional appearance and a guest‑first mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
