Key responsibilities

  • Shift leadership: run shifts, brief teams, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Staff coaching: train, mentor, and provide on-the-floor feedback to servers and hosts.
  • Guest relations: handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally to secure positive outcomes.
  • Operational support: manage reservations, seating flow, and table turns to optimize covers.
  • Quality control: monitor service standards, presentation, and cleanliness during service.
  • Reporting: assist with daily sales reconciliation, shift handovers, and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a supervisory or senior server role in full-service restaurants.
  • Skills: strong communication, conflict resolution, and team coaching abilities.
  • Attributes: calm under pressure, guest-focused, proactive, and reliable.
  • Availability: flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays; immediate start preferred.
  • Languages: fluent English; Arabic or other languages advantageous.
