We are hiring Sales Associates for Al Boom Marine KSA to join our retail teams across Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales of lifestyle and watersports brands, and representing Al Boom Marine’s retail standards. Only Saudi nationals will be considered for these positions.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding needs, and recommending products.
  • Achieve sales targets through product knowledge, upselling, and promoting current campaigns.
  • Operate POS and handle transactions accurately, including cash, card and returns.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor tidy and well stocked.
  • Receive and process deliveries; assist with stock counts and inventory rotation.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures and follow loss‑prevention policies.
  • Assist with events and promotions including in‑store activations and seasonal campaigns.
  • Report customer feedback and market trends to store management.

Requirements

  • Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, friendly and professional manner, basic numeracy for transactions.
  • Technical: Comfortable using POS systems and mobile devices.
  • Language: Fluent Arabic and good command of English.
  • Availability: Flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Physical: Able to stand for long periods and assist with light lifting.
  • Attitude: Team player, reliable, customer‑focused and sales driven.
