Warwick Doha is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and government segments
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the hotel’s services
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Support the coordination of promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Ensure all sales activities align with brand standards and company policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; strong English communication skills required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Qatar hospitality market is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi) preferred
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer‑service orientation
