This role is central to maximizing revenue, balancing occupancy and rate strategies, and ensuring distribution efficiency across direct and third‑party channels. You will analyze performance data, build forecasts, and translate market intelligence into actionable pricing and inventory decisions that drive RevPAR and GOP improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with commercial creativity, a deep understanding of RMS and PMS tools, and the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations. Duties and responsibilities
- Revenue strategy — Develop and execute dynamic pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize RevPAR and total revenue.
- Forecasting and budgeting — Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts; contribute to annual budgeting and commercial planning.
- Channel management — Optimize mix across direct channels, OTAs, GDS, and wholesale; manage rate parity and channel performance.
- Data analysis — Monitor KPIs, segmentation performance, pick‑up, pace, and competitor sets; deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Systems and tools — Maintain and configure RMS, PMS, and channel manager settings; implement automation and reporting improvements.
- Collaboration — Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to align promotions, group pickup, and on‑the‑books strategy.
- Reporting — Prepare executive reports, commercial reviews, and post‑event analyses for leadership and stakeholders.
- Training and governance — Train commercial teams on revenue best practices and ensure adherence to pricing policies.
Requirements
- Experience — 3–5 years revenue management experience in hotels or multi‑property environments; exposure to both city and resort markets preferred.
- Technical skills — Proficiency with RMS platforms, PMS systems, channel managers, and web analytics; advanced Excel skills required.
- Education — Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Analytical ability — Strong numerical aptitude, commercial mindset, and experience translating data into strategy.
- Communication — Clear presentation skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Attributes — Detail oriented, proactive, adaptable, and results driven.
- Work authorization — Eligible to work in the Philippines.
