Job Description:

As the Restaurant Manager at Jumeirah Capri Palace, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant’s operations. Your role will be to ensure that guests receive an exceptional dining experience in a luxurious, welcoming, and elegant environment. You will lead and inspire a talented team, manage restaurant operations, and uphold the highest standards of service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained dining area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, staffing, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end, luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Eligibility: All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UAE.
