Reservation Agent – The Tower Plaza Hotel

Summary
The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking a customer‑focused and detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to manage guest bookings, inquiries, and communication across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensure accurate reservation handling, and support the hotel in maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and professionally
• Enter, update, and manage reservations in the hotel’s PMS system with accuracy
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities
• Upsell room categories and promote special offers to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth guest arrivals
• Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests according to hotel policies
• Maintain updated knowledge of hotel promotions, events, and room availability
• Prepare daily reservation reports and assist with forecasting when required
• Ensure all guest information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or Front Office role in a hotel
• Strong communication skills and a professional, guest‑oriented approach
• Proficiency in hotel PMS systems (Opera experience is an advantage)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence
