Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking to be part of a luxury dining brand making its international debut in Dubai? Tattu Restaurants is seeking a Reception & Reservation Manager to oversee guest bookings, front-of-house operations, and seamless customer experiences.

Role Overview

As the Reception & Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing reservations, guest inquiries, and front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in guest relations, reservation systems, and luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily reception and reservation operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and special requests, providing personalized service.
  • Maintain reservation systems, optimizing table allocations and guest flow.
  • Train and mentor front-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to enhance guest engagement.
  • Handle VIP bookings and special event reservations with professionalism.
  • Monitor guest feedback, implementing improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in reception or reservation management within luxury dining, fine dining, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation software and front desk operations.
  • Ability to create memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.
  • Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and industry trends.
  • Passion for hospitality, guest service, and teamwork.
