S.J. Abed General Enterprises Ltd is seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our maintenance and facilities team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with strong technical expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, or camp environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of water supply networks, drainage systems, fixtures, and related equipment. We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and uphold high standards of safety and workmanship. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Inspect and diagnose issues in water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary networks.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Repair leaks, blockages, and malfunctioning fixtures promptly.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and plumbing regulations.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff to support operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and safety gear.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plumber in industrial, commercial, or facility environments.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and plumbing layouts.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and plumbing codes.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
  • Relevant technical certification or vocational training preferred.
