Laundry Supervisor – The Tower Plaza Hotel

Summary
The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking an experienced and organized Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations and ensure all linens, uniforms, and guest items are processed to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth workflow in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry attendants
• Ensure all laundry processes (washing, drying, ironing, folding) meet hotel quality standards
• Train, guide, and support team members to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Inspect linens and uniforms for cleanliness, damage, and proper finishing
• Manage inventory of linens, chemicals, and laundry supplies
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational needs to the Housekeeping Manager
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the laundry area
• Handle guest laundry requests and ensure timely delivery
• Assist in scheduling staff and managing shift coverage
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Laundry Supervisor or Senior Laundry Attendant in a hotel or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and processes
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Physically capable of performing laundry tasks when needed
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
