Bellboy – Western Hotel Ghayathi

Western Hotel Ghayathi is seeking a courteous, energetic, and service‑driven Bellboy to join our Front Office team. This role is essential in creating a warm and memorable first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. As a Bellboy, you will be the face of the hotel’s hospitality—assisting guests with luggage, guiding them through the property, and ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a guest‑facing environment, understands the importance of attentive service, and carries a positive, professional demeanor at all times. You will work closely with the Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams to support smooth operations and uphold the hotel’s service standards.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
  • Ensure timely delivery and collection of luggage, packages, and amenities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements and general inquiries
  • Support Front Office operations during busy periods
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all luggage tags and records are properly maintained

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and able to handle luggage safely
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
