Kitchen Supervisor — No One’s (AP&CO)

 

The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and support the Head Chef in a high-volume, fast-casual environment. This hands-on role suits a practical leader who can manage prep, coordinate service, and maintain kitchen discipline during busy shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen operations across shifts; ensure timely production and plating.
  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards for all menu items.
  • Coordinate prep and mise en place to meet service demands and minimize waste.
  • Train and mentor cooks and kitchen staff on recipes, portioning, and safety.
  • Enforce hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP and local regulations.
  • Manage inventory and stock rotation for perishables and dry goods.
  • Support ordering and supplier communication as directed by management.
  • Report shift performance and any incidents to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory kitchen role within fast-casual or casual-dining operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, portion control, and kitchen workflows.
  • Ability to lead a small team, train staff, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Basic inventory and stock management experience.
  • Valid UAE work authorization.
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Immediate joiners only.
