Kitchen Steward – Western Hotel Liwa (UAE)

Western Hotel Liwa is looking for hardworking and reliable Kitchen Stewards to support our culinary operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. If you take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and supporting a busy kitchen, we’d be happy to consider you.

⭐ Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans, and work areas
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of all items
  • Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, waste disposal zones, and back‑of‑house spaces
  • Assist chefs with basic tasks such as ingredient preparation when required
  • Ensure proper waste segregation and adherence to hygiene standards
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work in a physically active, fast‑paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Candidates must be currently in the UAE
