Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to hotel standards
  • Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies
  • Ensure proper handling of guest belongings and privacy
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and housekeeping carts
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Support team members during peak operations
  • Deliver courteous and timely responses to guest requests

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and professional grooming
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic English communication skills
