Graphic Designer – Join Our Creative Team at Home Bakery

At our Home Bakery, every product tells a story — a story of craftsmanship, warmth, and the joy of sharing something made with love. As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to help bring our visual identity to life. This role is perfect for a creative professional who understands how design can shape emotion, elevate a brand, and connect with customers in meaningful ways.

Our bakery is built on authenticity, quality, and the charm of homemade goodness. We want our visuals to reflect the same values — warm, inviting, and beautifully crafted. From packaging and social media content to menus, product labels, and seasonal campaigns, your work will play a key role in shaping how our customers experience our brand both online and offline.

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to create visuals that highlight our baked goods, celebrate our story, and strengthen our presence across digital and print platforms. You will have the freedom to explore ideas, experiment with styles, and bring fresh creative energy to our brand. This role is ideal for someone who loves food, appreciates aesthetics, and enjoys designing for a brand with heart.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for social media posts, stories, and digital campaigns
  • Create packaging designs, product labels, stickers, and branded materials
  • Design menus, promotional flyers, banners, and in‑store visuals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal campaigns and product launches
  • Edit and enhance product photos for online and offline use
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
  • Produce illustrations, icons, and graphic elements that reflect the bakery’s personality
  • Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when needed
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement
  • Stay updated on design trends, especially within the food and lifestyle industry

📌 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools
  • Ability to create both digital and print‑ready designs
  • Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Photography or basic photo‑editing skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a passion for food‑related design
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
