Warwick Doha is seeking a confident and service‑driven Front Office Supervisor (Arabic Speaker – Male) to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in guest interaction, team coordination, and delivering exceptional service standards. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting the reception team, and maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Warwick experience. We are looking for someone who is proactive, well‑organized, and passionate about creating memorable guest journeys from the moment they arrive until their departure. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
  • Assist in training, guiding, and motivating front office staff
  • Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and special requests professionally
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for seamless operations
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Prepare daily reports and support the Front Office Manager as needed
  • Maintain a high level of grooming, professionalism, and customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Male Arabic speaker with strong communication skills
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems preferred
  • Ability to lead a team with confidence and professionalism
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
