Warwick Doha is seeking a confident and service‑driven Front Office Supervisor (Arabic Speaker – Male) to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who excels in guest interaction, team coordination, and delivering exceptional service standards. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Assist in training, guiding, and motivating front office staff
• Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and special requests professionally
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for seamless operations
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare daily reports and support the Front Office Manager as needed
• Maintain a high level of grooming, professionalism, and customer service at all times

Requirements

• Male Arabic speaker with strong communication skills
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel systems preferred
• Ability to lead a team with confidence and professionalism
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
