Job Opportunity: Floor Supervisors (2 Positions) – BB Social Dining, DIFC

BB Social Dining, a celebrated homegrown concept located in DIFC Gate Village 8, is seeking two experienced Floor Supervisors to join our dynamic front‑of‑house team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast‑paced, guest‑centric environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting daily operations, and leading the team with confidence and professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, guide, and support FOH team members during service
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Monitor table turnover, seating arrangements, and overall flow of service
• Assist in training new staff and reinforcing service standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
• Support management with shift reports, inventory checks, and operational tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor or senior FOH role in a premium or high‑volume dining venue
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A guest‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
• Candidates must hold their own visa or freelance visa
• Visit visa and company‑sponsored employment visa candidates will not be considered
• Immediate availability is preferred
