Join our award-winning culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie – Continental at Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate chef to take the next step in their career, specializing in modern continental dishes that delight and inspire our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality continental dishes with consistency and flair

  • Supervise Commis Chefs and assist the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations

  • Maintain mise-en-place and ensure all ingredients are prepared according to recipe standards

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards

  • Coordinate with the service team to deliver smooth and timely meal service

  • Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and ordering as needed

  • Contribute to new menu ideas and seasonal specials with the culinary team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4–5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant

  • Strong background in continental/European cuisine

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification

  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and HACCP principles

  • Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and flavor

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

  • Positive attitude, leadership potential, and a passion for hospitality
