Creative designer – Almaha Catering

​Position Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visual content across various mediums, including digital platforms, print materials, and in-house branding. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of design principles to effectively communicate our brand’s message.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, menus, and promotional banners.​

• Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding strategies, ensuring all designs align with Almaha Catering’s brand guidelines and values.​

• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and copywriters to integrate textual and visual elements seamlessly, enhancing overall content quality.​

• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.​

• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to keep Almaha Catering’s designs fresh and relevant.​

• Feedback Incorporation: Present design concepts to stakeholders and refine designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results.​

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.​

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.​

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.​

• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.​

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.​

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.​

• Adaptability: Willingness to accept feedback and make necessary revisions, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.​
