Commis II (Arabic Cuisine) – Western Hotel Liwa (UAE)

Western Hotel Liwa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commis II (Arabic Cuisine) to support our culinary team. If you’re passionate about authentic Arabic flavors and eager to grow your culinary career in a professional hotel kitchen, this role is an excellent opportunity.

⭐ Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and cooking Arabic dishes according to hotel standards
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
  • Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during service
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
  • Assist with mise‑en‑place preparation for daily operations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commis II or Commis Chef, preferably in Arabic cuisine
  • Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Candidates must be currently in the UAE
