Chef de Partie — Meals On Me

Meals On Me is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a focused cook who takes pride in consistent execution, clean station management, and supporting a collaborative brigade in a busy, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a designated station (grill, sauté, pastry, cold, or similar) during service and prep.
• Prepare and plate dishes to recipe and presentation standards, maintaining portion control.
• Manage mise en place and ensure timely prep to meet service demands.
• Train and guide junior cooks and commis assigned to the station.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, following HACCP and kitchen safety procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory checks for your station.
• Support menu execution and contribute practical ideas for efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar station role.
• Strong technical skills relevant to the assigned station and a solid understanding of kitchen workflows.
• Good communication, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Valid UAE work authorization and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
