You will work closely with senior chefs, support menu development, and maintain strict hygiene and safety practices. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to recipes, standards, and section requirements.
• Manage your assigned kitchen station efficiently during service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all food preparation areas.
• Assist senior chefs with menu development, prep work, and training junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and HACCP guidelines.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a premium hospitality venue.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of international cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and passion for culinary excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
