Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to Ritual Cafe’s quality and presentation standards
  • Manage a specific kitchen section, ensuring smooth workflow during service
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across orders
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with regulations
  • Assist in inventory checks and communicate ingredient needs to the kitchen team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDP or similar kitchen role
  • Culinary training or relevant certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
  • Team player with good communication skills
