Cashier – Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh (Saudi Arabia)

Villa Mamas by Chef Roaya Saaleh is looking for a friendly, efficient, and service‑oriented Cashier to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a guest‑focused environment and enjoys being at the heart of daily restaurant operations. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling transactions accurately, providing warm customer service, and supporting smooth front‑of‑house operations. We are seeking someone who is organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, we’d be delighted to consider your application.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Process orders and handle payments accurately (cash, card, digital)
  • Issue receipts, manage the POS system, and balance the cash drawer
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
  • Assist with answering guest inquiries and resolving minor issues
  • Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
  • Support front‑of‑house operations as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer‑facing role
  • Strong numerical accuracy and familiarity with POS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a guest‑first attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
