Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling inventory, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.​

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise café staff, including baristas and servers. Schedule shifts and monitor performance.​

• Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

• Inventory Management: Order supplies, monitor stock levels, and ensure the availability of necessary items without overstocking.​

• Financial Management: Handle cash transactions, prepare financial reports, and work towards meeting sales targets.​

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and cleanliness protocols.​

• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions and special events.​

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in café or restaurant management, with a proven track record of leading a team and driving business results.​

• Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.​

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.​

  • Excellent communication abilities in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.​

  • Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.​

  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.​

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.​
