Fundamental Hospitality is looking for a passionate and energetic Bartender to join the team at Sirene Beach by GAIA, a luxurious beachside venue in Dubai. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating signature cocktails, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience at one of Dubai’s most prestigious destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love for mixology and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, high-end environment.

Position: Bartender
Location: Sirene Beach by GAIA, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests, take beverage orders, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality with each drink served.
  • Menu Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cocktails and beverages, inform guests of new drink specials, and suggest pairings.
  • Bar Maintenance: Ensure that the bar is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times. Keep track of inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensure customers meet the legal drinking age, and follow all food and beverage laws.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other bar and restaurant staff to create an efficient and smooth operation.
  • Payments & Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments, handle cash, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for providing outstanding service and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure in a busy environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
  • Valid UAE work permit or the ability to obtain one.
