Duties and Responsibilities
Waiters & Waitresses
- Primary duties: Greet and seat guests; take and deliver orders accurately; present menus and daily specials; clear and reset tables; handle guest requests and basic complaints with professionalism.
- Service standards: Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas; follow food safety and hygiene procedures; upsell where appropriate to increase average check.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years UAE experience in casual dining or café settings; excellent communication skills in English; ability to work flexible shifts and join immediately; positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Specialty Baristas
- Primary duties: Prepare high-quality specialty coffee and espresso-based beverages; maintain espresso machine and grinder calibration; create latte art and craft signature drinks; educate guests about coffee origins and menu items.
- Service standards: Ensure consistent beverage quality; maintain cleanliness of coffee station; manage inventory of coffee beans and supplies; train junior baristas when needed.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years UAE experience in specialty coffee or café environments; strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods; passion for coffee and customer service; available to start immediately.
Cashier / Packaging Staff
- Primary duties: Operate POS system accurately; process payments and issue receipts; package bakery items and takeout orders neatly; assist with order assembly and quality checks.
- Service standards: Maintain tidy packaging and cashier area; follow cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation; support front-line staff during peak periods.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years UAE experience in cashier or retail food roles; reliable numeracy and attention to detail; friendly customer-facing manner; ability to join immediately.
Restaurant Supervisors
- Primary duties: Oversee daily FOH operations; coordinate staff schedules and shift handovers; monitor service standards and guest satisfaction; handle escalated guest issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Leadership standards: Coach and mentor team members; enforce health and safety standards; liaise with kitchen and management to optimize service flow; assist with inventory and reporting.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years UAE experience in supervisory roles within casual dining or café concepts; proven leadership and problem-solving skills; strong communication and organizational abilities; immediate availability preferred.
