We are currently hiring for the following positions:
✨ Open Positions & Responsibilities
Sommelier
- Curate and manage the wine list, ensuring alignment with seasonal menus.
- Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings.
- Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions.
- Maintain wine inventory and supplier relationships.
- Minimum 2+ years in luxury or Michelin-starred dining preferred.
Head Waiter/Waitress
- Supervise dining operations and junior staff.
- Ensure smooth table service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism.
- Mentor team members and uphold service standards.
- Experience in Italian, French, or Mediterranean service styles is a plus.
Waiter/Waitress
- Present menus, take orders, and serve with precision.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize service.
- Communicate fluently in English; additional languages (Italian, Russian, French, Arabic, Chinese) are highly desirable.
- Maintain table setup and cleanliness.
F&B Runners
- Support waitstaff with timely delivery of dishes.
- Set and clear tables efficiently.
- Ensure correct dish placement and coordination with kitchen.
- Be adaptable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
Doorman
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with directions, valet coordination, and guest inquiries.
- Maintain entrance ambiance and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
