Positions and Responsibilities

Housekeeping — Room Attendant

• Primary purpose: Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness of assigned guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Key duties: Clean and sanitize rooms; change bed linen and make beds; replenish guest amenities and minibar items; dust and polish furniture and fixtures; vacuum carpets and mop floors; report maintenance issues; follow lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Standards & skills: Attention to detail; knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use; ability to follow housekeeping checklists and room inspection standards; respectful, guest‑facing manner.

Housekeeping — Public Attendant

• Primary purpose: Keep all public areas of the property clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and visitors.
• Key duties: Clean lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts, stairwells, and function spaces; empty bins and maintain waste segregation; monitor and replenish public area supplies; attend to spill responses and emergency cleaning; coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Standards & skills: Proactive patrolling of public spaces; strong time management; ability to work varied shifts; knowledge of public area cleaning equipment.

General Cleaner

• Primary purpose: Provide high‑quality cleaning services across back‑of‑house, staff areas, and contracted commercial spaces to sustain hygiene and operational efficiency.
• Key duties: Sweep, mop, and vacuum; deep‑clean toilets and kitchens; sanitize high‑touch surfaces; handle basic gardening or exterior cleaning if required; assist with inventory of cleaning supplies; follow health and safety practices.
• Standards & skills: Reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.

Laundry Attendant

• Primary purpose: Operate laundry processes to ensure timely, hygienic, and presentable linens, uniforms, and guest items.
• Key duties: Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens and garments; operate washers, dryers, and pressing equipment; inspect textiles for stains or damage and report accordingly; maintain laundry machine cleanliness and basic troubleshooting; track laundry records and requisitions.
• Standards & skills: Knowledge of fabric care and chemical dosing; ability to handle industrial laundry equipment; attention to quality and turnaround times.
