CarpenterPosition Introduction:

Farnek Services LLC, the UAE’s leading provider of smart and sustainable facilities management solutions, is looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of carpentry tasks, including installation, repair, and construction of structures and fittings to support our clients across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials based on specifications and blueprints.

  • Install doors, windows, partitions, cabinets, and other wooden fittings.

  • Repair and maintain existing woodwork, furniture, and fixtures.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect and identify the need for repairs or replacements.

  • Work closely with the maintenance team and supervisors to complete tasks on time.

  • Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and care for company tools and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in facilities or property maintenance.

  • Knowledge of wood properties, carpentry techniques, and finishing work.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and blueprints.

  • Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.

  • Attention to detail, precision, and high-quality workmanship.

  • Good physical condition and the ability to work in different environments.

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu preferred.
