PainterPosition Introduction:

Farnek Services LLC, a leading name in sustainable and technology-driven facilities management in the UAE, is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Painters to enhance the appearance and longevity of client properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of surface preparation, painting, and finishing across a variety of surfaces and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and removing old paint.

  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

  • Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications.

  • Repair cracks, holes, or other surface defects before painting.

  • Ensure all surfaces are properly protected using tape, tarps, and drop cloths.

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent hazards.

  • Complete painting projects within scheduled timelines and ensure high-quality standards.

  • Work on both interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and facades.

  • Communicate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed as per client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a painter, preferably in commercial or facilities management settings.

  • Knowledge of different painting materials, tools, and techniques.

  • Familiarity with surface preparation, plastering, and filling work.

  • Strong eye for detail and precision in execution.

  • Ability to work at heights and use scaffolding or ladders safely.

  • Physical stamina and ability to stand, climb, or bend for long periods.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

  • Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
