đź“ť Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse Supervisor
- Lead and manage warehouse operations with precision and discipline
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch to support timely production and delivery
- Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Uphold food safety and compliance standards in line with UAE regulations
- Train and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
- Drive 5S methodology, lean warehousing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize space, flow, and efficiency
Inventory Controller
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across warehouse and distribution centers
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory integrity
- Minimize wastage, shrinkage, and obsolescence through robust control systems
- Prepare detailed inventory reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Support ERP system updates and inventory reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless operations
âś… Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in supply chain, warehousing, or inventory control (FMCG or food industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with lean practices, 5S, and continuous improvement tools
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Currently based in the UAE
- Ready to join a high-performance team in a fast-growing company
