Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

Senior Electricians:

✅ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within Facilities Management (FM) operations in the UAE
✅ ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification
✅ Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit breakers, control panels, and switchgear systems
✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
✅ Experience handling preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems in commercial & residential properties
✅ Proficiency in testing electrical circuits, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
✅ Understanding of energy efficiency best practices and sustainable electrical solutions
✅ Must adhere to all safety guidelines and industry standards

Senior Plumbers:

✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in plumbing installation, pipe fitting, and maintenance within Facilities Management (FM) operations in the UAE
✅ ITI / Diploma in Plumbing / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent certification
✅ Expertise in water distribution systems, drainage networks, and sanitary plumbing maintenance
✅ Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and pumps
✅ Familiarity with PEX, PVC, copper, and galvanized piping materials
✅ Strong understanding of local plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices for leak prevention
✅ Experience conducting routine inspections to identify water leakage issues, blockages, and corrosion
✅ Knowledge of sewage treatment systems and water conservation techniques

Senior HVAC Technicians:

✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within FM operations in the UAE
✅ ITI / Diploma in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent certification
✅ Expertise in chillers, split ACs, VRF systems, air-handling units, and ventilation systems
✅ Ability to diagnose malfunctions, replace defective components, and optimize HVAC performance
✅ Experience with cooling tower maintenance and refrigeration system repairs
✅ Proficiency in thermostat calibration, airflow balancing, and energy efficiency solutions
✅ Strong understanding of refrigerant handling safety protocols and environmental compliance
✅ Ability to work in high-pressure environments to resolve urgent breakdowns effectively
