📝 Duties & Responsibilities (General Overview by Department)

Front Office

• Welcome and assist members and guests with professionalism
• Manage check-in/check-out and reservation processes
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
• Uphold brand standards and privacy protocols

Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of rooms and public areas
• Supervise housekeeping teams and ensure quality control
• Manage linen inventory and guest requests
• Adhere to hygiene and sustainability standards

Food & Beverage

• Deliver exceptional service across bars, restaurants, and lounges
• Manage team performance, guest satisfaction, and daily operations
• Prepare and serve beverages and meals with precision and flair
• Support menu innovation and event setups

Stewarding

• Oversee cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Manage dishwashing operations and equipment maintenance
• Support F&B operations with timely logistics and hygiene compliance

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry (hotel or luxury venue preferred)
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
