- 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
- 💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (all-inclusive)
- 🕐 Type: Full-time
📝 Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for seamless operations
- Maintain inventory and support cost control initiatives
- Uphold brand values and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure environments
- Preference for candidates with UAE experience
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
