📝 Duties & Responsibilities

Waiters / Waitresses

• Greet guests and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain table settings and ensure cleanliness of service areas
• Upsell menu items and specials with confidence and product knowledge
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly

Bartenders

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and flair
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment functionality
• Engage with guests and provide recommendations based on preferences
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for signature drinks
• Support barback and service team during peak hours
• Uphold hygiene and safety protocols at all times

Hostesses

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using booking systems
• Coordinate seating flow and communicate with the service team
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion
• Maintain front-of-house ambiance and presentation
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in upscale hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Own visa is a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
