📝 Duties & Responsibilities

Hostess

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the booking system
• Coordinate seating flow and communicate with the floor team
• Maintain front-of-house ambiance and presentation
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests gracefully

Waiter / Waitress

• Take orders and serve food and beverages with attentiveness
• Provide menu guidance and upsell specials
• Ensure timely service and table turnover
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth delivery
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

Barista

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the coffee station
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
• Stay updated on coffee trends and contribute to beverage innovation

Food Runner

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from kitchen to guests
• Ensure presentation and temperature standards are met
• Support waitstaff with table clearing and resetting
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas and follow hygiene protocols
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Ready to join immediately (no notice period)
