💼 Open Positions & Responsibilities
🔹 Front of House
🧑💼 Floor Manager (Male & Female)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations
- Lead and motivate service staff
- Ensure smooth guest flow and table management
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor service standards and staff performance
- Coordinate with kitchen and shisha teams for seamless service
🧑🍳 Head Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Supervise waitstaff and support service delivery
- Assign sections and manage shift schedules
- Ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Train new staff and uphold service protocols
- Assist with guest interactions and upselling
🍽 Waiters & Waitresses
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Recommend dishes and upsell specials
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Process bills and handle POS transactions
🚶♂️ Food Runner
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from kitchen to tables promptly
- Ensure correct orders and presentation
- Assist waitstaff with clearing and resetting tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
💁♀️ Hostess
Preferred Nationalities: Eastern European, European
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage reservations
- Coordinate seating and guest flow
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide menus and introduce the concept
💳 Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Process guest payments accurately
- Handle POS and cash transactions
- Maintain records and reconcile daily sales
- Assist with guest inquiries related to billing
💨 Shisha Crew
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve shisha according to guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shisha equipment
- Educate guests on flavors and combinations
- Monitor safety and compliance with regulations
🔹 Back of House
👨🍳 Commis 1 & Commis 2
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines
- Support senior chefs during service
🍳 Demi Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes in assigned section
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
👨🍳 Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Lead a specific kitchen section
- Develop and execute Mediterranean recipes
- Train junior staff and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with Head Chef on menu planning
☕️ Barista
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based and specialty beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee station
- Engage with guests and recommend drinks
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies
✅ General Requirements for All Roles
- Currently based in UAE
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in Mediterranean or casual dining concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Leadership experience required for Floor Manager & Head Waiter positions
