📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Assistant General Manager
- Support overall hotel operations and departmental coordination
- Drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Assist in strategic planning and staff development
Assistant Sales Manager / Assistant Banquet Sales Manager
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Drive revenue through proactive sales strategies
- Coordinate banquet/event bookings and execution
Assistant F&B Manager
- Oversee daily F&B operations and team performance
- Ensure service excellence and compliance with standards
- Support menu planning and inventory control
HR Executive
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain HR records and compliance with labor laws
- Support training and performance management initiatives
Cost Controller (IDS Required)
- Monitor food and beverage costs and inventory usage
- Prepare cost reports and analysis
- Ensure accuracy in procurement and stock management
Gym Instructor
- Conduct fitness assessments and personalized training sessions
- Maintain gym equipment and safety standards
- Engage guests in wellness programs
Accounts Receivables
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with finance and front office teams
Guest Service Agent
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests
- Maintain front desk operations and service standards
Reservation Executive (IDS Required)
- Handle booking inquiries and manage reservation systems
- Coordinate with sales and front office for room allocations
- Ensure accuracy in guest data and booking details
