🔍 Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
✨ Guest Service Agent
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
✨ Reservation Manager
- Oversee all reservation operations and systems
- Maximize room occupancy and revenue through strategic planning
- Train and supervise reservation agents
- Analyze booking trends and prepare reports for management
✨ Laundry Attendant
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and guest garments
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
- Report any maintenance issues or fabric damage
✨ Laundry Supervisor
- Supervise daily laundry operations and team performance
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of laundered items
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies
- Train and schedule laundry staff
✨ Arabic Chef
- Prepare authentic Arabic cuisine with attention to tradition and presentation
- Innovate and update menu offerings in line with guest preferences
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on kitchen operations
✨ Painter
- Perform painting, polishing, and surface touch-ups across hotel areas
- Maintain aesthetic standards of guest rooms and public spaces
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensure safe use and storage of painting materials
✨ Store Keeper
- Manage inventory and stock levels for all departments
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods
- Maintain accurate records and issue supplies as needed
- Coordinate with purchasing and finance teams
✨ Income Auditor
- Audit daily revenue reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare income summaries and submit to finance management
- Support month-end closing processes
✨ Front Office Night Manager
- Oversee front office operations during night shifts
- Handle guest concerns and emergencies with professionalism
- Ensure smooth night audit and reporting
- Supervise night staff and maintain security protocols
