Reservations
- Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage room allocations and update reservation systems
- Coordinate with front office and sales teams
Front Office
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests and provide concierge services
- Maintain front desk operations and guest satisfaction
Engineering
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning safely
- Support hotel operations with technical expertise
Food & Beverage
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas
- Upsell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction
- Supervise service flow and support team training

- Prior experience in hospitality (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Immediate availability preferred
