We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Waiter
Location: Donatello Hotel Dubai
Department: Food & Beverage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is flawless.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with upselling menu items and daily specials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a waiter role (preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant).
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
2. Duty Manager
Location: Donatello Hotel Dubai
Department: Front Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any guest concerns.
- Supervise the front desk team, ensuring smooth check-ins/check-outs.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reports and coordination with other departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Duty Manager or similar role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
3. Room Attendant
Location: Donatello Hotel Dubai
Department: Housekeeping
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards.
- Replenish amenities and linens as required.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are in top condition for guest arrivals.
- Assist with public area cleaning and special requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
4. Demi Chef de Partie (Arabic Cuisine)
Location: Donatello Hotel Dubai
Department: Culinary
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Arabic dishes according to hotel standards.
- Work alongside senior chefs to create innovative Arabic menus.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in Arabic cuisine.
- Knowledge of Arabic cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Culinary qualifications are a plus.
5. Guest Relation Officer
Location: Donatello Hotel Dubai
Department: Front Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
- Assist with concierge services and ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Address any complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction.
