📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Hostess
- Welcome guests with elegance and warmth
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using booking systems
- Coordinate seating and maintain flow of service
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
Head Waiter
- Lead and supervise the service team during shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Train junior staff and uphold service standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management
Waiter
- Take orders and serve food and beverages with precision
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Maintain table settings and guest engagement
- Handle feedback and resolve issues promptly
Assistant Waiter
- Support waitstaff with table setup, clearing, and resetting
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with guest needs
- Learn and grow within the service team
Assistant Bar Manager
- Support bar operations and team leadership
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Train and mentor bar staff
Bar Supervisor
- Oversee daily bar service and staff performance
- Maintain product quality and guest satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling and operational planning
- Ensure smooth coordination with floor and kitchen teams
Head Bartender
- Lead bar team in crafting signature cocktails and beverages
- Innovate drink menus and maintain presentation standards
- Train bartenders and ensure consistency in service
- Engage with guests and elevate the bar experience
Bartender
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
- Interact with guests and provide recommendations
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
Barback
- Support bartenders with stocking, cleaning, and prep
- Refill ice, glassware, and ingredients during service
- Maintain bar organization and assist with setup
- Learn bar operations and grow into service roles
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale hospitality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for service and attention to detail
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Immediate availability preferred
